For security vulnerabilities, please use the process described in our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy at choicely.com/security.
4. Enforcement
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. If we believe a violation has occurred, we may, with or without notice, take any action we consider appropriate, including:
- Removing or disabling access to specific content, projects, prompts, or AI Output.
- Restricting features, throttling rate limits, or suspending the AI Builder for an account.
- Suspending or terminating accounts and ending the Agreement.
- Reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required or appropriate.
Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund. Where time permits and the violation does not pose an imminent risk, we will try to give you an opportunity to cure the violation before suspending or terminating your account.
5. Cooperation with legal process
We will respond to valid legal process and lawful requests from authorities. We may notify affected users where permitted by law, except where doing so could compromise an investigation or pose a risk to safety.
