Create content feeds

Here's how to create a content feed into your app. Do this after you have created your first article.

You can organize your content into feeds in your app. A feed is like a list of articles, where the user can choose what to read. A blog or a newsfeed are typical examples of feeds.

The main steps are

  1. Create the feed
  2. Add articles
  3. Finalize

1. Create the feed

Select “Feeds” from the left side menu (1A). You’ll arrive at a menu with all your feeds as a list. Select one of the existing feeds to edit them (1B). Or click “Create Feed” to make a new one (1C).

Give your feed a name (1D).

2. Add articles

After creating your feed, you’ll arrive at a view like this (1E). Click on “Articles” from the top left (1F).

Choose the articles you want to show on the list (1G). Click “Add articles” (1H).

Now save the feed (1I).

Then you can edit the order of the articles by dragging and dropping them (1J).

3. Finalize

Finalize your feed on the right side by adjusting settings like background color, card elevation (drop shadow) and divider height on the right (1K).

You can also activate push notifications for new articles on this feed (1L).

Finish by saving (1M).

Your content feed is ready!

Now you can create more feeds and organize them in your app! Note, you can also ask Choicely to create an automated feed of your website, video or social media feeds. Ask us for more information!
