When you upgrade, we prorate your remaining balance. Any unused portion of your current plan is automatically deducted from the price of your new plan.

Example: If you upgrade three months into a $192 annual plan, you’ve already paid $48. The remaining $144 credit is applied directly toward your new subscription, ensuring you only pay the difference.

Yes, you can switch to a smaller plan whenever you like. You’ll continue to enjoy your current plan’s features until the end of your paid period, at which point the new plan will begin.

If your app's Monthly Active Users (MAU) exceed your plan’s limit, we apply a small overage fee for the extra traffic. For example, if your plan includes $2,000 MAU and you reach $2,100, you will be billed $0.10 for each of the $100 additional users.

Pro-tip: To keep your costs predictable, we recommend upgrading your plan if you expect to hit these limits regularly; higher tiers offer a lower cost-per-user than overage rates.

Yes. Your monthly subscription covers all data transfer fees for text and images served through the Choicely platform.

However, video content is not hosted on our servers. To ensure the best performance, videos should be embedded from third-party services like YouTube, Vimeo, or your own CDN. Data fees for those videos are handled by your chosen video provider.
